34 Mental Health Tips- That actually work

So I figured, we could all use some help and support in improving our mental health and well- being. And what better way to do this, than to offer you tried and tested tips from people who have been there, suffering themselves. Illness and Emotions- We all get ill once in a while, sometimes it’s a cough or a cold which could bring you down for weeks or months. Others (myself included) suffer with long term illnesses known as ‘chronic illness’ where there’s not much treatment, if any and no cure. This can not only have an affect on us physically, but emotionally too. Feelings of frustration, sadness and basically being completely fed up can creep in from time to time and even for long periods and even turn into depression.
