Lauren became a born- again Christian in 2004. She has a BA Hons in Health and social care and also a diploma in CBT.
Her background and powerful testimony is central to Mindful of Christ Ministries where she is transparent about her past of 24 years with a very limiting, non curable sickness- Neurocardiogenic Syncope along with depression, anxiety and self- harm. She then went on to be confirmed healed, in March 2022! Praise the Lord! She is now able to host and speak at in- person events as well as online!
She is the author of ‘Christian Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’, ‘Indestructible Faith- prayers & prompts for Journaling’ and her most recent No 1 Bestselling publication & event; ‘Breaking Chains’ and has co- authored three additional books too.
Her Youtube Channel won the 1st place for the ‘BipolarBrave Mental Health & Faith Award’ 2023.
She has been heard and seen around the globe on podcasts, radio and TV, including; Elevation TV Network, Roku, Apple, and United Christian Broadcasters (UCB).
Lauren is available to speak in Churches and Christian organisations to help audiences, groups and individuals overcome fear and doubt so they can live our their purpose, Joy and peace that God has designed for them.
