Provision and Blessings-
Do you know and believe what scripture says about these even beyond what you can even imagine?
Do you know & believe what scripture says about provisions and blessings, even beyond what you can even imagine?
Well, scripture assures us of both! Whether YOU believe it or not. We cannot pick and choose which verses we are going to believe! All scripture is God- breathed! (2 Timothy 3:16)
Provision and Blessings
Not only will all of Gods children, Christians, be be taken care of with provisions but we will also be blessed. Read on for affirmation on just this.
Provision
We are told that we will be looked after:
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Matthew 6:31-33, ESV
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
God looks after the grass, lilies and sparrows- He will look after you too!! Seek and align with Him and He will provide for all your needs.Â
We are to trust in His word and promises daily. So please don’t worry about what the future may bring. It may be a challenge especially in these times! You just need to watch the news and see- with recession, rising costs of living and the like, I understand why people are concerned. But if you are a Child of God, you are not to worry. Practice putting your trust in Him every single day. He knows the hairs on your head, he knows your every need. So meditate on these verses and take that head knowledge into your heart. It’s about surrendering and giving your worries over to him. Not forgetting to let go, He will take care of them.
He will take care of you!
Blessings
In addition to the promise that our basic needs will be provided for we are also told in scripture, that as believers we will also receive blessings!
Do you know and believe this in your heart?
Personally, I actually used to struggle with this. I realised that I actually had a “poor mindset” mentality. I hardly ever asked God for things for myself, especially of the financial and material variety, as I always felt guilty.
You see, there is nothing wrong with money and the like, it’s the love of it that is the problem! When they become your main focus and goal and take over your mind and intentions and reason behind everything, that is where the issue lies- it’s not those things in themselves it’s our mindset and perception that could potentially be the issue.
It’s not just about the material things either. Even the fruits of the Spirit- love, joy, peace, self- control…Â

Do you know that you are blessed with or can be blessed with these?

As believers, when you have been baptised with the Holy Spirit, you are gifted all of the above fruits. Imagine what a difference to your life that would be- if you are receiving and experiencing that love, joy, peace etc. through all seasons and situations.
What freedom and relief would that be?
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,

Wow!
Can you imagine a life full of blessings?
Whether you said “yes” or “no” either way, God has and can and wants you to live more abundantly than you can even begin to imagine!
What a statement, what a promise that is?!
