The Christmas story

The Christmas Story

The Christmas story, which can also be known as ‘the nativity,’ is widely known. But some people and places edit, cut bits out and add to it to make it their own. Here we look at the Christmas story as it is written in the Holy Bible by Matthew. Check out the 2 minute video below for the story from Chapter 1:18 to 2:11 from the NIV version, with beautiful video visuals and audio.

Enjoy & be blessed!

Wherever you are and whatever you are doing this Christmas, remember the true meaning of it; Jesus and that He is with you. He was born for you, died for you and overcame death for you. He is the light and your light which shines in the darkness and flushes it out. Jesus is your ultimate comforter, peace giver & promise keeper.

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

Deuteronomy 31:6

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

John 8:12

Isaiah 66:13

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

John 16:33

God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Corinthians 1:9

So, remember, He is the reason for the season but He is with you always too!
