Lauren became a born- again Christian in 2004. She has a BA Hons in Health and social care and also a diploma in CBT.

Her background and powerful testimony is central to Mindful of Christ Ministries where she is transparent about her past of 24 years with a very limiting, non curable sickness- Neurocardiogenic Syncope to the overcoming and healing-Praise the Lord! of the NCS, depression, anxiety and self- harm.

She is the author of ‘Christian Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy’, ‘Indestructible Faith- prayers & prompts for Journaling’ and her most recent No 1 Bestselling publication & event; ‘Breaking Chains’ and has co- authored three additional books too, including the No 1 Bestseller; ‘Worship in the Wilderness: Let praise lead the way.’

Her Youtube Channel won the 1st place for the ‘BipolarBrave Mental Health & Faith Award’ 2023.
