Meditating on these verses will help you recognise the Hope you can cultivate and grow in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Which, in turn will strengthen you and improve your resilience to life’s difficulties and storms.

My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.

Remember that God is Himself ‘Hope’ and so to have hope is to “have” God!

And when your going through those hard times, ask yourself the following:

What is my focus on the storm or on the Hope of the Father, Son & Holy Spirit?

By doing the ‘How’ from the video you will draw closer to God which will in turn grow and develop the hope you already have in you.

Hope in God

End prayer:

“Father in heaven, thank you that you are the God of hope. Thank you for your truth, your word and your promise of hope. Hope for now and hope for the future. Thank you for your promise of eternity with you. No matter what seasons we go through, you are always consistent and you always keep your promises. So, Lord, please help us to grow and keep that hope that we can have today and always. Help us to hope and remain in you. Help us to build our foundation on the rock, on you.

Thank you, Lord.

In Jesus’ name, Amen”
