“Fear not.” He knows we are or can be fearful. We are human. And it is Ok not to be Ok sometimes but we can connect with the Holy Spirit that is in us for that help and strength. We just need to ask/ pray for exactly that.
Another weapon we have when we feel this way is worship. Again we may not FEEL like worshipping when we feel like that, but the chances are, if we are honest and admit, that we don’t want to feel that way. And by putting those worship songs on and turning our focus onto Him, we are not going to feel any worse. We are in fact going to be looking to God and therefore feel better in our spirit too.
