Why aren’t I healed? Why have the symptoms come back? Why am I ill or sick when others are healed? How do I deal with it?

But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.
Isaiah 53:5
He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right.
By his wounds you are healed.
1 Peter 2:24
“Nevertheless, the time will come when I will heal Jerusalem’s wounds and give it prosperity and true peace.
Jeremiah 33:6
OÂ Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you restored my health.
Psalm 3:2
We know all too well what the Bible tells us about healing. We know God has promised it to us. We know that Jesus went to the cross for our sins but also to free us from death and to heal us.
But then knowing this can lead us to asking all the above questions. Knowing this makes us think and believe that we have not been healed yet. I mean, our bodies may not be aligning with that word and promise yet. Perhaps this questioning and looking for answers is making you feel frustrated, desperate even depressed?
